Ok guys in order for the guild to work we really need to build up an active base of guild memebers. We already lost Karrek's main back to AD because he was tired of soloing and lonely. I personally am on all the time, but swap between 3 diferent servers. If u have MSN whisper me in game and ill give u my screename so u can get in touch with me outside game. XO, Seshy

I am on when I can be.. but my flipping work schedule sucks.. and unfortunately they need me too bad for me to switch around. People that have captain rank & vet rank you have it for a reason take care of things while im gone and go get members.

Honestly, there's not much we can do. I've been recruiting since day one and I usually get in a conversation with, at least, one person a day about joining our guild. I've also managed to convince a few old friends of mine to try the game out and maybe join us if they like it. I've even gotten some free trials for a couple of my friends to hand out to people at work along with the guild website.
The biggest problem is that we're in a low pop server where over 70% is level 60+, which means we're competing against a handful of raiding guilds. At least 80% of that margin is ONLY interested in power leveling to 70 and then raiding for the end-game content. And while we do have a future raid group secured for the future, we won't be considered a legit raiding guild until more people reach 70 in Legacy, Mead Hall Pirates, and our guild.
On top of all that, as far as active members go, we have to consider work, school, schedules, player alts(that can easily stretch over 2 or more servers), and RL issues of all sorts. All of this is not an easy thing to overcome and even I'm incredibly surprised at the things our guild here has accomplished so far. I'd prefer this group of a few close friends far more then a guild of 500 active members who are just a bunch of pricks. Been there, done that.
All Vet. Sailor ranked members and above have the ability to recruit and are welcome to do just that with anyone they might happen to find with an interest in the guild. Beyond that, there's little else we can do.
As much as I hate to see us lose members, especially good ones, this guild is only the product of what the members put in to it on a personal level. Ask not what your guild can do for you, but what you can do for your guild, eh?

I think im giving up. I assign people rank to help me keep the guild active and fun when im not around. And as soon as I leave I come back to people complaining that we're not big enough of active enough.
So this is it
/throw in towel
If you guys cant be happy with what I give than I quit. Ive been keeping this guild going since 2005 and im tired of doing all the work and not being able to depend on anyone to stick around or help.
Who stays stays, who goes goes... im immune to caring right now. So if I disappear don't be surprised.
